    Liberty Square is managed by North Coast Living. We do our best to help you Live Well each and every day.

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
    Saturday: 10am - 5pm
    Sunday: Closed

  • How do I apply?

    In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. A non-refundable application fee of $55 is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application and a non-refundable $200 admin fee (applies to all application decisions including denials and cancels.) Same day move-ins are not guaranteed due to the duration of credit and screening verifications. Please contact our office for unit specifics before applying.

  • How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?

    You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.

  • How much are deposits?

    Deposits start at $500.00. Admin fee is $250.00

  • What are the lease terms?

    We offer 6 to 15 month lease terms based on availability.

  • What is the pet policy?

    2 Pets Maximum. All pets must not weigh more than 30 pounds at full-grown weight. Dogs must be crated while unattended until at least 6 months of age and fully trained. All pets must be licensed, spayed/neutered as required per city/county ordinances. Our deposits and fees are as follows: $250 refundable pet deposit , $250 non-refundable pet fee, and $25 monthly pet rent. Visit our neighborhood map for pet-friendly parks and stores.

  • Do you have reserved parking?

    All units have attached garages. Limited open parking throughout.

  • What enhancements does this community offer residents with disabilities?

    • Elevators (to first floor residences).
    • ADA Parking Spaces available nearby.
    • ADA accessible common areas and urban garden.
  • Do you have a resident referral program?

    Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.
