    • How do I apply?

      In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. A non-refundable application fee of $55 is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application and a non-refundable $250 admin fee (applies to all application decisions including denials and cancels.) Same day move-ins are not guaranteed due to the duration of credit and screening verifications. Please contact our office for unit specifics before applying.

    • How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?

      You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.

    • How much are deposits?

      Deposits start at $500.00. Admin fee is $250.00

    • What are the lease terms?

      We offer 6 to 15 month lease terms based on availability.

    • Do you require renters insurance?

      Yes, we require renters be insured. We use RealCoverage, which you can learn more about here.

    • What is the pet policy?

      2 Pets Maximum. All pets must not weigh more than 30 pounds at full-grown weight. Dogs must be crated while unattended until at least 6 months of age and fully trained. All pets must be licensed, spayed/neutered as required per city/county ordinances. Our deposits and fees are as follows: $250 refundable pet deposit , $250 non-refundable pet fee, and $25 monthly pet rent. Visit our neighborhood map for pet-friendly parks and stores.
