"I lived here for one year, and left as I purchased my own home. This was a very nice community to live in. The office staff were always very nice and helpful, and it really was a nice community with a convenience store, and other shops within walking distance. They maintain the community very well, and the rental prices are fair. The townhouses are designed so you can’t really hear your neighbors, so I did not have any disturbances or other issues like that. One of the best places to rent in the area if it is within your budget."

Last week, 25 North Coast leaders, including Regional and Senior Business Managers, gathered in San Diego for a two-day Train the Trainer program in partnership with Moran Consulting, a nationally recognized customer service and culture change firm. The training focused on the moments that matter most in apartment living, from leasing tours and renewals to maintenance follow-up and resident communication. These leaders are now bringing those tools and service standards back to their communities across the portfolio, helping create an even stronger resident experience company-wide.
