Halloween Patio/Balcony Decorating Contest
Running through 10/30/24, it’s time to get spooky at Liberty Square! Decorate your balcony or patio to show off your Halloween spirit, and compete for First, Second, and Third place prizes for the spookiest decor. Our team will walk the property on Wednesday, 10/30, to choose the winners, who will be contacted on Halloween Day!

Sip & Paint
Picasso who? Last month's Sip and Paint resident event was a hit! It was a relaxing and creative time for everyone as we tapped into our inner artists. Residents enjoyed it so much, they’re already asking for another paint night. Stay tuned for the next one.

Freddy Enriquez - Maintenance Technician
We are excited to welcome Freddy, our newest Maintenance Technician, to the team! "If you plan on applying here, I recommend working with Madison, she has been so helpful with the application process, answering any questions and addressing any concerns I had! She is very upbeat, bubbly, friendly and very knowledgeable about the complex and the units within! The complex has fantastic accommodations and it’s a great location with easy freeway access and access to local businesses. The units seem to be very upscale and the exterior of the buildings is a nice change from the usual stucco styling. My girlfriend and I are excited to move in here!"
