this month, our Liberty Square team joined properties from across the West Coast for Team Building Appreciation Day at the iconic Space Needle. It was a day filled with laughter, connection, and celebration, where everyone’s unique personalities truly shined. We’re grateful for the chance to come together as part of the North Coast Living family and to be appreciated for the work we do every day.

Caramel Apple Buffet
Thank you to our 32 residents who stopped by our Johnny Appleseed Caramel Apple Buffet! We had such a sweet time celebrating the season together. Fun fact: Johnny Appleseed’s real name was John Chapman, and he planted apple trees across the Midwest—making him a true American folk hero!

"I lived here for one year, and left as I purchased my own home. This was a very nice community to live in. The office staff were always very nice and helpful, and it really was a nice community with a convenience store, and other shops within walking distance. They maintain the community very well, and the rental prices are fair. The townhouses are designed so you can’t really hear your neighbors, so I did not have any disturbances or other issues like that. One of the best places to rent in the area if it is within your budget. They have a good rating for a reason."

With a menu full of classics like burgers, fries, beer, and even soft serve, it’s a love letter to comfort food and our city all in one. You can find them at 6441 N Durango Dr, Ste 140, open Sunday–Thursday from 11am–9pm and Friday–Saturday from 11am–11pm. Perfect for a quick dinner out or a weekend treat!
