Welcome to the August edition of the Liberty Square newsletter! This month, we'll be completing asphalt and sealcoating improvements throughout the community to help keep our property looking its best for years to come. Thank you for your patience during this important project—we're excited to continue making Liberty Square an even better place to call home.

Summer Refresh - August 14th
Join us on Friday, August 14, from 2:00–4:00 PM in the leasing office for a refreshing afternoon! Build your own fresh fruit cup, sip on homemade lemonade, and enjoy a healthy snack bar while spending time with your neighbors. We look forward to seeing you there!

Pool Party
A big thank you to the 21 residents who joined us for our Hawaiian Summer Social this past Saturday! We enjoyed delicious Hawaiian food, watched the World Cup together, relaxed by the pool, raffled off prizes, and spent the afternoon connecting with neighbors.

NEW Red Rock Legacy Trail!
Looking for a new place to explore? A brand-new trail has opened just minutes from home! Located off Charleston Boulevard and Sky Vista Drive, just past Desert Foothills Park, this scenic route currently offers a beautiful 1-mile walk with incredible views of Red Rock Canyon. It's the beginning of an exciting project, Red Rock Legacy Trail, that will eventually become a 19-mile loop connecting Summerlin to Blue Diamond. Grab your walking shoes, head across the intersection, and enjoy one of the newest outdoor adventures in the neighborhood.
